Common Rail System: Design and Construction

Diesel Works services the following common rail injection systems:

We at Diesel Works have a range of service units pumps and injectors available. We conduct accurate testing on the efficiency of any diesel injection system and do accurate performance testing on our 4x4 Dynometer with the latest Bosch diagnostic equipment on the market.

We conduct power performance testing on our dyno for 4 X 2 and 4 X 4 vehicles. If you are in any doubt about the power output of your vehicles why not bring it in and get it tested.

Diesel Works uses the Bosch KTS / FSA tester to read faults for fault code diagnosis on the ECU control units of vehicles. This enables us to quickly and accurately determine problems that have been recorded and find the quickest solutions to be applied during the repairing procedure.

The FSA 740 Diagnostic System offers professional automotive service centers a complete diagnostic system with measurement module, PC, printer, easy-to-read flat panel monitor, stationed on a rugged roll-around shop cart. FSA 740 also comes with SystemSoft Plus software that includes the following functionality: general test and connection information, test steps, the software for the signal generator, multimeter, and oscilloscope. Add the KTS 570 and ESI[tronic] software as integrated accessories and add the power of ECU scan diagnostics!

Includes FSA 720 engine tester module with sensor carrier, SystemSoft[plus] software, rugged roll-around shop cart, PC with Windows XP, printer, remote control, mouse, and monitor. SystemSoft[plus] contains the software for signal generator, multimeter and oscilloscope, including test steps and general test and connection information.

Our satisfied customers have a reported fuel saving of between 10 to 25 percent. These figures were all achieved by servicing the pumps & injectors.
